Ex-Man Utd star Jordan: Tynecastle can provide worries for Tottenham

Tottenham first team coach Joe Jordan knows very well that Tynecastle Stadium can be a very intense place to play football.
The former Manchester United andLeeds United forward is set to return to the Edinburgh venue when Spurs meet Hearts of Midlothian in Europa League qualifying tomorrow night.
Jordan, who managed Hearts between 1990 and 1993, is well aware that Tynecastle is not quite like the coliseums of Old Trafford or Parkhead, but indicates that Spurs won’t have it easy on Thursday.
"White Hart Lane is not as big as Old Trafford, Tynecastle is not as big as Celtic Park," he told The Scotsman. "But in their own way they can provide a very intense evening."
He added: "It's going to be a real hot atmosphere, but I expect our players to be able to handle that because of what they have achieved in the game.
"If you can't handle playing in big matches like this, you simply can't be a top player."
Tottenham will take on Hearts away in the first leg before returning to White Hart Lane for the second meeting on August 25.
