Manchester United skipperNemanja Vidic says the key to their success is the stability manager Sir Alex Fergusonbrings.
Vidic believes United have a major advantage on their rivals through the longevity of Ferguson.
"The manager brings stability," he said.
"He built the road that all players follow. Even now we have three new players but the system is already there. This is the great thing.
"Other clubs have a problem because they change their coach every year and new players come in. Sometimes they have a problem to build a team."
