Manchester United defender Chris Smalling believesManchester City will be title contenders this season.
United outplayed City in Sunday's Community Shield victory.
But Smalling has refused to rule out City’s title chances even after United’s dominant display.
“I do see them up there,” he said. “Chelsea as well, but City are getting stronger and stronger. Last year they did well – I definitely expect them to be up there for the title.”
