Manchester United aceWayne Rooney admits England's players could hear the racist chants from Bulgarian fans last night.
The English FA have complained to UEFA after racist abuse appeared to be directed towardsManchester United star Ashley Young by Bulgaria supporters during England's Euro 2012 qualifying match in Sofia.
"'As players we could hear it on the pitch. It has been going on for years and it is not right," Rooney said.
"It needs to stop and hopefully something will be done about it."
