Manchester United defender Chris Smalling was delighted for Anders Lindegaard after his performance at Benfica.
The Dane impressed in the 1-1 draw.
Smalling remarked to manutd.com: "Anders pulled off some great saves and his distribution is just like David’s (De Gea). We have two very talented goalkeepers vying for that spot behind the defence."
