Bolton skipper Davies wants to face Man Utd defender Jones

Bolton Wanderers skipper Kevin Davies fancies a battle with Manchester Uniteddefender Phil Jones.

Jones is expected to keep his place for their clash tomorrow.

Davies said: “ I played against Jones last year. He’s a big, strong boy, so it’s the kind of game I’ll look forward to. I relish these kind of challenges.

“He’s coming on as a player but he’s still young, so I’ll be looking to give him a going over. I’m sure there will be a few crosses flying in.

“United managed to escape with a draw last season so we know we can match them and we’ve got a decent record here.”
