Manchester United goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak is happy with his loan move to Watford.
The Pole, 29, found himself out in the cold at Old Trafford and fears missing this summer's tournament in his home country.
So Kuszczak agreed to drop a division to join mid-table Hornets on loan for the rest of the season.
He said: "I want to have a chance of being involved in the Euros in my home country.
"So I need to be out there playing so everyone can see I'm fighting fit and hungry.
"I miss the feeling of a matchday. Where Watford were in the Championship table never crossed my mind. I knew this to be a good club."
