Manchester United reserves coach Warren Joyce is impressed by what he's seeing from three of their prospects.
Jesse Lingard was outstanding in the 2-0 win against Everton and fellow scorer Will Keane also earned praise for a splendidly-taken opener. With Larnell Cole a constant threat out wide, there was much to admire at Altrincham's Moss Lane on Thursday night.
"I thought we started really well and passed the ball around, cutting through them and creating numerous chances," Joyce stated to MUTV.
"Will's a talented player and I thought he worked really hard for the team and thoroughly deserved his goal, which was well-worked. Likewise, Jesse deserved his goal and it was another excellent performance from him.
"Jesse and Larnell are clever footballers, they've come through the Academy and have had to work really hard to get to where they've got to today. They've both got good brains, temperaments and are both athletes as well. They are doing very well, the pair of them."
