Dimitar Berbatov is tipped to stay at Manchester United, despite interest from PSG.
The Daily Mail says although coming across as moody to the outside world he is liked by team-mates at United and Ferguson needs a player like him to provide alternatives to his other forwards.
A deal with Luka Modric remains a possibility and Berbatov enjoyed his time at White Hart Lane but there is greater interest in the 30-year-old from Italy and Germany where he has spoken fondly of in the past.
Paris St Germain are also looking to bolster their squad ahead of a Champions League campaign and are willing to offer him an alternative route back into the limelight.
At the moment the odds are he will stay put.
