Reports from Italy say City have agreed a £23m fee with Arsenal for midfielder Nasri, who fly’s out on the Gunners' Far East pre-season tour today.
Sealing the Nasri deal would send a message to fellow Premier League suitors Chelsea and Manchester Unitedthat the Eastlands board are serious about challenging them for the title this season.
