Wes Brown says Sunderland must start games in better fashion.
The 31-year-old has made eight appearances for Sunderland so far since joining in the summer and doesn't want to repeat the experience of falling behind so early.
The former Manchester United defender explained to safc.com: "We're not going to win games if we keep going 2-0 down, but we did well to come back and maybe we could have pushed on from that.
"If we can start games better then it obviously follows that we will have a much better chance of winning games.
"As a defender, conceding early goals isn't something you like to see."
