Tottenham are prepared to cash in on Luka Modric this summer.
The People says Spurs will cash in on Modric if they miss out on a Champions League place.
Modric has so far failed to agree terms on a new deal and will almost certainly leave if Spurs miss out on the top four.
Manchester City will lead the chase for Modric, subject of a £40million Chelsea bid last summer. The Blues and Manchester United are also monitoring developments closely.
