Manchester United winger Nani had no problem not starting in last night’s draw at Champions League opponentsBenfica.
Nani came on with 20 minutes to remain.
"Yes, it was a good result taking into account the changes that the coach did for this game. Many players who had not been playing had the opportunity to do so and that's good because we need all the players in good shape. We have a big game on weekend [Chelsea] and we had to rest some players," said Nani.
"I understood the decision of the coach. We talked before the game and he told me he needed me to rest for the next game. I played 20 minutes and it was good."
